The Ticketing and RMA service will be suspended from December 21 to January 4. The deadline for receiving RMA material is December 20.
Your request will be submitted and you will receive a reply in the shortest time possible starting from January 4, 2024.

In this area you can manage all support and return material requests (RMA). In order to be entitled to RMA service, please read return policy terms and conditions.

By clicking on the "Open a New Ticket" button you can insert a new request. If instead you have already opened a ticket, by clicking on "Check Ticket Status" button you will be able to find all updates.

Please write to ticket.receipt@seco.com to open a new support ticket account and to web.rma@seco.com to open a new account for RMA.
